These various documentations have been used for cases as wide as internal testers to external auditers and every relevant new-hire onboarding in between.

One of the various aspects about this type of work worth calling out is that TMRW as a team is both building out as well as maintaining live products that are currently in use. A lot of this contextualises each design move as hands-on and emphasizes action over theory, which I’ve found to quite enjoy.
